Ready to Load Leads Upload price_builders_lead_list.json to populate the pipeline with 2,790 qualified leads. | ||||||
Each lead is scored 0–100 using up to four weighted components. When floor area data is available: Value Score (35%), Recency Score (25%), Location Score (25%), Floor Area Score (15%). Without floor area: Value (40%), Recency (30%), Location (30%).
Value Score uses a logarithmic scale based on project valuation — a $1M project scores ~90, a $100K project scores ~55, and anything under $5K scores 0. Recency Score reflects how recently the permit expired: within 6 months scores 100, over 5 years scores 20. Location Score is based on city desirability within Price Builders’ service area (Rancho Santa Fe = 100, Del Mar = 95, down to Valley Center = 55). Floor Area Score uses a log scale from 100 to 5,000+ sq ft.
Scores of 86+ are Excellent, 71–85 High-Quality, 51–70 Moderate, and below 50 Low Priority. Click any row to see the full score breakdown.
